Sharon was selected as the Fox Theater's Biggest Fan in September, 2014. The Fabulous Fox Theater had a contest in conjunction with the culmination of 40 years of Saving the Fox Theater from being demolished, and asked patrons to submit a story describing why they should be selected as the Theater's Biggest Fan. As an original Georgia Peach, and frequent visitor to the Fox since childhood, and the fact that she had her first official date with her husband to the Fox, her submission was selected as the winning entry. She was introduced on stage December, 2014, and received a fabulous prize package, including her name in lights on the Fox Marquee for a year. She will have this title into perpetuity.
