Mechanics are good and fair. Somehow, for a building a city simulator, is hilarious. Humor translates to story as it makes fun of Russian spies, charismatic American, crooked Nixon, teachers, and more. (Middle east guy gives you 30,000 for not delivering a camel, lol) Sorry this review is short. Its a really good game you should get it. Not much else to say.
