"First Class Tits" from Penthouse has four directors credited for its five vignettes. This fact, together with the absence of fresh new talent in the cast, makes it seem like unreleased junk from the cutting room floor resurrected to fill out an assembly-line release.
Ryan Ryans fronts the show, hosting and not engaging in any of the sex, a typical bait & switch tactic reminiscent of the Penthouse videos from the last decade. Though the logo is no longer displayed on the packaging, this (for the record) is a Penthouse Letters video, with Ryan reading from supposed readers' letters, a fake if there ever was one.
Finale deals poorly with foot fetishism, as Chanel Preston services Rocco Reed. The other skits are boring and trivial, with the big boobs premise amounting more to substantial boobs, with none of the cast sporting the huge breasts (see Score or DD Busty) one would expect from such a video.
