The "paint dry" criticism of Eric Rohmer movies (and art movies in general) is attributed to screenwriter Alan Sharp for the film "Night Moves", said in jest. For me it is an easy way of dealing with concentrated dullness, in this case the work of Tammy Sands for Girlfriends Films.

This edition of her all-sex "Hot" series drops the previous filler content of solos where the ladies masturbate and talk to the camera (i.e., viewer). We get a couple of threesomes and two one-on-one Sapphic scenes, with only pornspeak on the soundtrack.

The actresses have talent, all of them familiar faces (and bodies) from numerous other assignments. Main drawback here is Sands' poor photography, despite the fact that she's also the camera person and should no better. Scenes are dull and mechanical as the camera remains remote, not using close-ups are reverse shots, just gazing coldly at the XXX content unfolding. Result is as dull as dishwater.
