Terrorists roam around freely

#BilluUstaad, directed by #Suvahhdanangre is set in an orphanage. The caretaker is a crook n tries to earn money by sending kids to perform different tasks, like satisfying the sexual urges of foreigners, or exploding bombs at crowded places. Terrorists roam around freely n keep discussing some vague "mission". They r caught by the cops in the end, because the lead actor Billu, breaks into a luka chupi song. The performances, script n direction r amateurish. The length needs to be trimmed by 20 minutes. Rating 2/5.
