The focus of this show was the quarterfinals of the tournament to crown the inaugural QOC Champion. Santana Garrett, Taeler Hendrix (Taeler Conrad-Mellen), Tessa Blanchard and Jessicka Havok all advanced. The only non-tournament matches were Mandy Leon defeating Jenny Rose, and the six-woman tag team match with Amy Love, Solo Darling and Chasity Taylor defeating The Voluptuous Vixens Wrestling Academy (Heather Owens, Roni Nicole and Miss Diss Lexia) (w/Zane Riley). Crazy Mary Dobson (Sarah Bridges) defeated Hania the Howling Huntress and Leva Bates in a Second Chance Three-Way Match, but lost to Jessicka Havok in the main event.
