Derby Day

When the story begins, the Gang is across from the horse track and they're selling hot dogs and lemonade. However, when Mary arrives and asks them to come with her to see her father's horses, they all sneak on to the track and not only see the horse but see a race....and that gives them an idea. They'll put on their own race...with kids riding cows, donkeys, being pulled by dogs on cats and Farina peddling his tricycle!

While the plot is very simple, it's a cute film because the race is quite enjoyable and endearing. I just wish I could have been there to place a bet, as my pick ended up winning!
