The King of Chefs teaches his grandson the rare and secret art of "Cooking Kung Fu",so he may avenge his parents who were killed by a jealous chef and his posse of fighters, who want to rid the country of the great chefs, their descendants and secret martial art technique.
Definitely in the Jackie Chan tradition, and done quite well with a pleasant light touch of humour before the serious bits come through. There's a bit of mystery in regards to the killer - whose identity is hidden by his hat - and why he wants the king's chef dead. It's a low budget film, however it appears to have good production values. Jackie Chen is a good clone, though a little over the top in acting.
