Anecdotes
When escaping the Oil Directorate, Egon tells Benny and Kjell that they only need to change their appearance. Kjell is seen as Egon and Egon is seen as Benny. Originally, director Knut Bohwim wanted Carsten Byhring to play Egon and Arve Opsahl to play Benny. This is a clever nod to the original line-up.

Gaffes
When Egon shows the roll of film to the Germans (and accidentally shows them Kjell's and Valborg's vacation pictures) he uses a Kodak Carousel projector, which is made for individual slides, not for rolls of film.
