Fetishes of Monique

FETISHES OF MONIQUE provides not even the minimum to qualify as sci-fi or fantasy. Its ugly lead, not Monique but a mad doctor lady, looks like Sharon Kane after being hit by a lightning blast (frizzed up hairdo), has an immortality concoction but the zero-budget for a lab or special effects neurtalizes that premise.

Corny gimmick has sperm as a main ingredient in her serum, so her assistant cums in a beaker instead of wasting his money shot on a facial. When not doing fake science, Debbie Revenge as the doc likes to dominate, ordering her minion and others around and spewing verbal humiliation.

What passes for story has a couple trying to steal the doc's secret. The sex content is shot in unappealing gynecological closeups.

Director Joe Davian provides some BDSM lite as usual, but the who cares approach to filmmaking here does not produce light comedy or tongue-in-cheek satire of porn, but merely throwaway porn.
