- AnecdotesIn the documentary "That's Sexploitation!," Frank Henenlotter, a director and exploitation film historian, said Sexploitation focused on lesbians for titillation and shock with this film. But in this purported documentary, their relationships were treated as real and valuable. Made four years before the Stonewall riots, it explores butch-femme pairings and features a lesbian wedding when such a thing was unthinkable. "A subject that only a short time ago was talked about in low whispers," as the narrator explains. Not that the filmmakers' aspirations were political. "These were films about lesbians made by guys who didn't care about lesbians," Mr. Henenlotter said. "They cared about showing two girls doing it rather than one girl and a guy."
- GaffesThe Roman numeral copyright date at the start of the movie is wrong. It says MCLXV(1165) when it should be MCMLXV(1965).

UNNATURAL LOVE OF WOMEN FOR WOMEN! A DARING FILM ABOUT LESBIANISM TODAY! Today is 1965 and the forbidden world of Lesbos is treated like some kinda strange disease. Our "guide" informs us that all lesbians seem to have normal jobs (!) and consist of femmes and butches. By the way, teenage dykes are called babybutch! Staged scenes are shown to inform/scare us with the help of "actual" statics (25% of all school girls have dabbled in lesbianism etc.). From the producer of Ed Wood's "Glen Or Glenda", so you know you're in for a mindboggling treat!
