Watched this movie on doordarshan well today's generation won't know that doordarshan played one movie every Sunday and TV was luxury the entire family use to sit together, including neighbours and kids from locality who did not own TV use to join. Sanjeev kumar is only actor in bollywood even though with average look & personality did some brilliant job, no doubt he was a good actor but can be said he was lucky too, no actor can match varieties of roles he played. He was paired with almost all top actresses of his time, he was the only bollywood actor who played hero, grand father, father, villian, comedian in movies releasing same time. NDNR can be appreciated for trying some thing different with sanjeev kumar playing multiple roles. This movie can be said is fun to watch. Jaya bachaan who with average look and personality mainly doing a simple girls role got to do some thing different here, bubbly with few comedy scenes.
