- AnecdotesThe role of Romeo was originally intended for WWE wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. However, without notifying Austin, his agent turned down the offer of $55,000 to star in the film. The role was subsequently offered to WCW star Bill Goldberg, who accepted the role, for a fee of $250,000. When Austin found out about this, he expressed his anger to Vince McMahon for not letting him know about the movie offer.
- GaffesSince Devereaux was brought back to life in the first film and then has had his UniSol implants removed prior to this movie making him completely human again, with no ill effects, this means that the government have found a way to bring people back to life normally, yet no one seems to mention this scientific breakthrough.
- Générique farfeluIn the trailer, when the TriStar Pictures logo completes, it zooms to the Pegasus and flashes away. On the first TV spot, the logo plays in warp speed and splits in half to reveal S.E.T.H., the second TV spot meanwhile had the logo animates into bars. the teaser trailer and the actual film had use the normal variant.
- Autres versionsThe UK cinema version was cut by 1 second to obtain an 18 certificate. Video and DVD versions were cut by 12 secs to remove a back break and an ear clap.

This movie is just so bad it's good! The acting may look a bit "forced" at times (ok, perhaps "painfully horrible" would be a better expression) but really folks... did you honestly expect an award winning performance from Van Damme or Goldberg? I don't know about you all, but I rented this movie to see Van Damme trade punches with the 290 pound Goldberg and Michael Jai White while uttering dozens of slightly pathetic/slightly amusing one liners at every conceivable opportunity, and I got just what I asked for =)
If you don't like it... tough.
Go rent "The Piano" or "Lawn Dogs" if you want real movies, but if you just want Van Damme brawling with big guys plus some shots of pretty girls, this is just what the doctor ordered.
One of my favourites.
