Artie

"Artie AKA F.A.R.T. The Movie" does not meet with the fart joke quota one would expect from both the movies title and premise. It instead is a tame romantic comedy with a few fart jokes thrown in. Thats not to say the movie is entirely unfunny but I can't help feel disappointed that the premise was not taken further. The movie would have been more interesting if it were in the tradition of the remarkable comedy "Senseless", setting up more wacky gas related prediciment's for artie, in which then hilarity would ensue as he tries to overcome them.
