The acting is mostly bad. The drunken teen son of the land grabber is the most convincing, second to the autistic teen man who is very convincing. The evil land grabber is very violent, but because the movie is so low budget, the effects of his killings appear cheap. The movie is entirely in Spanish and the script is simple. Most of the actors are stiff in speech and often it is obvious they are spouting memorized lines. The ingenuity is in the plot. The evil land grabber's plan involves his drunken teen son, his mistress's daughter and the autistic teen boy. The last ten minutes saves the movie from a rating lower than 5.
