Gaffes
When Franklin and Tessa enter Garibaldi's quarters, you can hear him detoxing from his alcohol abuse. This is actually extraordinarily dangerous to do without some form of medical supervision. Alcohol is one of the few drugs that can cause death if you detox without a Physician helping you. Franklin doesn't comment on this, so it can be assumed he is not supervising Garibaldi at the time.
