The Christmas Ride

Mostly just a bunch of realistic conversations people might have on Christmas, mostly in a ride share. Cheery and not so cheery both. Realistic in the varied real Christmases people have. And I guess it is very impressive that there was no written dialog for the script. But at the same time it kind of shows, in that for me, I feel like the whole thing could have been handled in half the time as the conversations went on and on. Slow. But, probably a solid 7 or 8 if you like talking about emotions a lot. And I mean a lot. Many little tales as the riders come and go. Now if you were to compare it to, say, Hollywood slop like Four Christmases, this is an 11 out of 10 to be sure. This has realistic heart to it, and that does mean it isn't all upbeat by any means.
