This Girlfriends Films series ran out of gas long ago, evident in this dumb edition.
First half utilizes the stupid gimmick (repeated over & over in this series) of rival realtors arriving at the same property both claim to represent. Dava Foxx and Candice Dare then hump their young assistants Danni Rivers and Alex Coal.
In the subsequent 2-parter we have busty realtors Texas Patti and Becky Bandini bossing around and then having sex with a couple of young squatters (Daphne Dare and Gia Derza) who they find making a mess at the house.
No house hunters appear in this overlong (nearly four hours) clunker.
