All I see is pure ignorance from the people rating and reviewing this movie. If this film came out during a different generation, such as the early 2000's that did lots of experimentation, I would hope it would be viewed differently. You can't see "Drive" and expect another Drive knockoff, let's make that clear. You are kidding yourself if you complain about the movie being slow and boring, todays appreciation for art is severely lacking. Immerse yourself in the culture, take in what the movie gives you. The plot is very basic and incredibly easy to follow. The setting is beautiful and absolutely necessary for the film to work. The score is also breathtaking and makes you feel that you're away from wherever you may be. There is fine beauty to be found here. Todays lofty expectations of film being forced fed into you without requiring much brain power to understand, as well as originality becoming near obselete is why movies like this can't be successful. I've said this once before and I'll say it again, the wrong people are watching and rating this movie. 8/10.
