Anecdotes
Chandrachur Singh was offered the film in his struggling days. He rejected the film. When the producers found a replacement, they named him "Rocky" which was Chandrachur's pet name.

The opening credits boast a subtitle proclaiming it "a Tarzan Film", and stars Rocky and Kirti Singh are cast as "Tarzan" and "Jane", respectively, though in the film itself, and the names engraved on a tree trunk, these characters are called "Raja" and "Rita".
