I read the premise and thought it sounded intriguing, a group of people playing Russian roulette for high stakes. I wondered how they were going to keep the tension going, even for the short 70 minute run time. But they used a unique method for maintaining the atmosphere. They started with no tension to begin with. No tension to begin with means no tension to maintain. Genius.
The characters ranged from boring, dull, bland and annoying. They threw a few twists in the end, in an effort to liven things up a bit, but it was too little, too late. About halfway through I wished I could blow my brains out too, but, just like the characters in the film, I was obligated to finish it.
I needed this film like a hole in my head.
