Bland Xmen vs Dumb Humanity
First: the intro info dump. It was like they did a single read and yelled GOOD ENOUGH! Its really bad.
The short and simple: The world was nuked. Humanity rebuilt. Some people got mild powers and now live the high life while those who dont live in super poverty.
I feel like they got all of the actors (and I do mean ALL) from a local community theater audition. Not the local community theater performers, but people auditioning for it.
The lines are stiff, clumsy, and poorly acted out. The writing is pretty bad. The characters actions are overly performative to the point it seems like this is a movie aimed at kids.
The accents of the actors are ALL over the place, and it becomes very distracting as they attempt to sound American but keep falling into their fairly heavy accents. They seem to have gotten many English as a second language actors who are doing their best, but unfortunately their best is embarrassing.
The world itself is kind of neat. Its got that "what we think the future will look like from the 80's" vibe. Everything in the high-tech cities are silver metal and blue glass. A lot of the actual world building is pretty bad, but it looks cool.
The "special" district is, of course, rundown and crappy looking. (And if you're a C tier movie, dont mention THX 1138. Seriously.)
The story is bland and boring. Its not really anything that hasnt been explored before, but worse. Its basically xmen vs normal humanity, if the xmen were lame. They're basically just barely better than 'normal humans'.
You can safely skip this one unless you're desperate for a mediocre sci-fi flick that could have been worthwhile with a better script and actors. There was a lot of potential here with the sets and locations and costumes but that was really the only positives. What a waste!

Awful
Trailer made it look ok. Was an unwatchable 90mins. Poor mix of characters, accents, and the main actor is still living off his Harry Potter days. The noise the suit makes while moving around and the premise for the "flower" suit made it comical. Actions scenes terrible. I don't usually do reviews but this was BAD.
It's ChatGPT slop
The whole storyline feels like it's written by an AI language model and not even by a somewhat decent writer. The premise is a cheap anti-utopia without any deep ideas, and the world-building is just awfully naive.
The direction is all over the place. Every complex scene is filled with frequent cuts to hide the problems during filming.

If IMDb allowed zero stars
If IMDb allowed zero stars, this movie would've earned it proudly. Calling it a "film" feels generous - it's more like a 2-hour reminder of how carelessly entertainment is made today. Nothing in it respects the viewer. Not the story, not the characters, not even basic logic.
The plot wanders without purpose, as if the writers came up with scenes on the spot. There's no structure, no buildup, no payoff - just random events stitched together and labelled as a movie. Every emotional moment feels forced, every joke lands flat, and every dramatic scene collapses under its own confusion.
The actors look like they're waiting for the paycheck rather than living inside their roles. Expressions are blank, line delivery is lazy, and chemistry between characters is nonexistent. You keep waiting for them to bring the story to life, but there is no life to bring.
The visuals try to distract you with flashy shots and loud music, hoping you won't notice the emptiness underneath. Instead of enhancing anything, the effects make the lack of substance even louder. It's all style with zero honesty.
What makes this movie worth exactly one star is not that it's bad - plenty of bad movies have charm. This one has none. It wastes time, wastes talent, and wastes patience. When the credits rolled, the only real feeling was irritation: this didn't deserve two hours of anyone's life.
If you're thinking of watching it out of curiosity - don't. There's nothing to learn, nothing to enjoy, and nothing to remember. Spend your time on a film made with some pride. This one doesn't have any.

Unnecessary
As a fan of Timo Vuorensola (Iron Sky), I have to say, I do like an unabashed sci-fi that revels in it's own silliness. This film however is by no means Iron Sky. Even with an 85 minute run time, it feels like sitting through a three hour episode of the worst Outer Limits episode ever; the only problem being there's no cool twist at the end and it was written by a child who has never seen a movie.
Avoid.
Avoid.
