He acted in Frank McMahon's stage adaptation of Brendan Behan's novel, "Borstal Boy," at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin, Ireland with Frank Grimes, Maire Ni Grainne, Vincent Dowling, Robert Carlyle, Patrick O'Callaghan, Niall Buggy, and Bosco Hogan in the cast. Tomas Mac Ann was director.
