On the TV series Sonic X (2003), 4Kids decided to cast Amy Palant as Tails instead of William Corkery. After that, Sega of America decided that they should keep all Sonic media the same, so after Sonic Advance 3 (2004), Palant replaced William Corkery. She kept voicing Tails until 2010, when she herself was replaced with Kate Higgins, starting with Sonikku karâzu (2010).
