Anecdotes
This movie is scheduled to be published in late 2016 and marks the 10th anniversary of the premiere of "An Inspector Calls", Stephan Tauberts own first film, which took place in November 2006. It contains many allusions to his past films, because the protagonist, Phillip Herzog, is also an actor and has his films as his filmography.

Gaffes
When Emilia Heinrich (Marie Spinka) comes into the living room to Phillip (Stephan Taubert) and his wife Katharina (Marie Rothe) he says "Good morning", but the clock behind her shows its 3pm.

What a wonderful fairy tale ;)

I caught this on DVD after a friend of mine who'd seen it, told me to watch this film. It looked from the beginning and the topic of this film very good, so I started watching. It's based on real events, I guess Christopher Reeves horse riding acident and some biographical infos of Stephan Taubert himself. All I an say is that I looked after Stephan Taubert and his other works and I am very much impressed. This is really his best film he made so far and I give him a lot of respect for this great work, the great movie and everything that is attached to it. Maybe there were some minor scenes I'd have done in a different way, but it's still great.
