Kindness for Weakness is the final conclusion of a Michigan Independent film series entitled The Roommates following the misadventures of Tyler Moore. The first film was a cheaply made but effective film about a series of bad roommates and a girl he likes named Char. He battles her abusive boyfriend at the end who was angry at him for kicking him out and wins her affection. The follow-up, The Roommates Holiday Special continues their exploits on Christmas Eve ending with Loser's Anonymous where he has these weird roommates AWOL from the Navy who is hunted down by some goth guy named Raven.
Now the series ends with Kindness for Weakness in some years later and Tyler and Char is not together anymore and he shares his story with her about an old roommate trying to make amends of his past. Tyler is not a cripple with a cane, but rich off the success of his books, and it appears this old roommate wants to use that to get his kids back from his cheating wife after serving time in prison for a year. Tyler is now angrier now and knows this old roommate shouldn't be trusted. But things happen when he lets his guard down.
Kindness for Weakness looks like it has the most production values than its predecessors and the cast and crew looks like they are giving their all. It's a fun film that is better than most films that comes out in independent film and it is worth checking out. It is available on DVD and Blu Ray and you can check it out on Youtube.
