Such is the scene beginning of this movie, giving you an eerie fear in the back of your mind, of primal instinct when you heart begins beating just a little bit faster...

Welcome to The Cage, a story where you are always guessing why the alien/AI enemy has allowed a few humans to remain on earth. The answer... will be given over the course of the story.

The reason why this story is so much a real life theory of what could come to be in the next 100 years of our real world, is the integration of AI to a new sophisticated lifeform. Perhaps we will all become something half AI / half human, in our future. Who knows? But it seems realistic to me.
