Commentaire à la une
Within the first 3 minutes, I was laughing hysterically. No, Not because it was funny but because it was so bad, I couldn't believe that I was still watching it. And while that laughter did fade over time, the hatred I have for myself for finishing this trash heap did not.
Aside from the obvious audio problems where the voice overs are at a noticeably lower volume than everything else. We are treated to an interesting premise that is terrible executed with a few shots to the chest and one to the head for good measure.
The attempts at humor is just that. Attempts. The dialogue between the characters is bland and straightforward. And the cast speaks this dialogue with about as much interest as I had in watching this film: None. Their delivery is very monotone and at times a little off in comparison to what the cast is doing onscreen (again, audio issues are a big thing with this film). And it truly fails to capture not just the awkwardness of a first date but the added awkwardness of the situation these two characters are stuck in.
I give this film a 3 out of 10 because I appreciate that the cast tried to do a good job with the weak material they were given.
