Let me set the scene for you, it's the Windy City and we follow two punks down their rabbit hole of love, drugs and lies. A predominantly punk soundtrack persuades this story to unravel exposing inalienable truths that we'd like better forgotten and undone. This story reveals how falling for love can be blinding until it inevitably bleeds into the chaotic habitual nature that's become happenstance for Anne and Andy. Andy's belief that not telling is the same as not lying definitely continues to solicit moral judgement throughout the film, but moreover how Anne is able to purposefully ignore fundamental problems to stay disillusioned just for a little bit longer. Despite this all too familiar tribulation, Anne considers what it really means to be in love and if love has limits. But without giving away too many details, trust me, if all else fails and you still aren't digging the story for reasons unknown, the music alone is worth the watch!
