This edition of the Girlfriends series violates the title premise: in four lengthy vignettes we don't see a single house hunter.

Instead the focus is on the real estate ladies, prepping homes for Open Houses or for a sale. So the sex is generally between a realtor and her assistant, a natural older/younger coupling.

Exception is when a cute girl played by Shae Celestine sneaks into a home on Open House day to have a tryst with some girlfriend, but is found on a bed by busty realtor Lexi Luna. Luna bawls her out and then balls the kid.

A similar situation has jail-bait assistant Sami Parker lounging topless in the house for sale, caught by her boss Richelle Ryan, who forgives the kid and instantly seduces her.

Serene Siren is a taskmaster bossing around her assistant Sophia Lux and then angered when Lux confesses she's not up to servicing a client couple -two lesbians, who unfortunately are written out of the script. She ultimately acquiesces and then dom Siren teaches her how to perform lesbian sex properly.

Best scene by far has Alura Jenson as a mean boss, giving assistant Gia Derza a hard time when she catches her cleaning up the kitchen while topless. Alura suddenly faints (attributed to hypertension) and is brought back to life by unconventional CPR: Gia rubbing Alura's massive tits. Jenson relaxes on a bed, but steps out of character to be highly active in the inevitable Sapphic sex scene with Gia. Maximum contrast of body types works well here, as usual for a Jenson scene.
