Wodehouse's novel "Summer Lightning", with a reduced cast including: Hans-Heinz Langendorff - Galahad Threepwood, Helmut Langendorff - Ronnie Fish, Balduin - Beach, Eberhard Matthesius - Gregory Parsloe-Parsloe, Ilse Braun - Sue Brown, Bruch - Percy Pilbeam, Theobald Langendorff - Clarence Threepwood, and Julia Langendorff - Constance. Wodehouse is not credited, because Germany was at war with England at the time.
