Anecdotes
During the film in the training scene where they're putting the jeep through the course, the stunt man (playing Bob Hope) apparently does actually get knocked out and fall out of the Jeep.

Gaffes
When Bob Hope is destroying the parked car, you can see the overhead microphone reflected in the front glass of the car in which Miss Maxwell is sitting in.

Funny!

This movie was very funny. Hope plays a Prize fighters manager who gets swindled into the army by his corrupt partners, where he finds another fighter. He trains the kid to beat his ex-fighter and win the belt. While doing this he gets into his usual Bob Hope trouble with the MP and a woman. This is another good move by Bob Hope.
