Fun and uneven comedy with musical shows , appointed for all kind of public about a Cinderella-alike who eventually finds her real love . The hilarious happenings are continuous , surrealist , ridiculous and sometimes disconcerting , but in some moments here and there , they are also bold and risible . This film is made to entertain , and this movie , especially for a good time and a pleasant amusement . There is another version , ¨Tonta Del Bote¨ (1939) by Gonzalo Delgras with Josita Hernán , Rafael Durán , though all the copies of this film are lost . Here Lina Morgan gives a very sympathetic acting , as always , playing Susana , an unappreciated, ingenious and somewhat botcher waif who has lived since she was a child at doña Engracia's house . Thanks to Lina Morgan the film results to be an enticing and bemusing Spanish comedy film and with its ups and downs ; here our protagonist , the great Lina demonstrates her real comical skills . The movies she played were funny and with many support's actors . The films were with short budget and lackluster but including comedy and lots of fun , and many of them directed by Mariano Ozores . Lina was a famous actress , she starred successful films , such as : ¨La Tonta Del Bote¨, ¨La Graduada¨ , ¨La Descarrida¨, ¨Fin Semana Al Desnudo¨ , ¨Pecados De Una Chica Decente ¨ , ¨Una Pareja Distinta¨ , ¨Esta Es Lo Que Es¨, ¨Un Dia con Sergio¨, ¨Imposible Para Una Solterona¨ , among others . Being specially known for his TV series such as ¨Hostal Royal Manzanares (1996), Una De Dos (1998) and Academia Baile Gloria (2001) , but she left ¨Escenas de Matrimonio¨ three weeks after joining the cast , due to health problems until her death in 2015 . She is well accompanied by the latin lover Arturo Fernandez as the handsome Felipe who has a very bad reputation. Along with a great support cast with plenty of familiar faces , such as : Antonio Casal , Tony Soler , Paca Gabaldón , José Sacristán , Marisol Ayuso , Antonio Durán , Luis Varela , Tomás Blanco , Tomás Blanco , Roberto Rey , María Isbert , Félix Dafauce and special mentio for María Asquerino as the ruthless but finally good stepmother .
Being produced by José Frade and professionally made by Juán De Orduña . Of aristocratic origin, Juan de Orduña y Fernández-Shaw, born in Madrid in 1900 and he decased in 1974 , he started his longtime affection for acting while still attending college. he debuted on silent films in 1924, and in 1925 he was cast in La casa de la Troya (1925), then in El Marino Español (1926) a.k.a. Boy (silent version), and started his own company. In 1928 he both starred in and directed Una aventura de cine (1928), and from then on he would progressively concentrate on directing. He also starred in El misterio de la Puerta del Sol (1930), the first Spanish sound picture . With director Florian Rey , Orduña formed the production company "Goya Films" . Juán directed various historical films , lavishly produced by CIFESA , the most known production company during Francoist period , that often financed these false but breathtaking epic spectacles . For example , ¨Alba De America¨ it is considered to be one of the worst super-productions of the powerful Francoist company CIFESA and it caused its fall and it went subsequently bankrupt . Juán adapted to cinema famous novels such as : ¨Zalacaín El Aventurero¨ , ¨Cañas Y Barro¨ , ¨El Frente De Los Suspiros¨ , ¨Nobleza Baturra¨ , ¨Lola Se Va a Los Huertos¨ , being especially known for his historical renditions such as : ¨Teresa De Jesús¨ , ¨La Leona De Castilla¨ , ¨Agustina De Aragón¨ and ¨Locura De Amor¨ . His most successful picture was ¨El Ultimo Cuple¨ with Sara Montiel . Raing : 5.5/10. Passable and acceptable .
