I LIKE EUR-SPY MOVIES BUT THIS BORING

I had a copy of this movie in my file for many years and finally got around to watching it. What a boring story. The 83 in the title simply refers to a dock number. All the 'gangs" meet there and have a big shoot-out. Other than the beautiful Pier Angeli and the use of the Italian countryside, there isn't much here of interest. Just slow with not apparent direction. Several clips are on Y/T that are interesting.
