I was a huge fan of Viviana's in 1991, buying her best stuff at my local video store on VHS, and luckily missed this clunker. It's a real phony, just issued to cash in on her "overnight success" popularity.
Characters visually refer to her dude ranch, but all we see is a set of five sex scenes in bed with no story and no point. Viviana shows up in scene number Four herself and services Tony Montana after he rants about his car being stolen. No reference to her fictional ranch.
Rusty Rhodes (her name is spelled Rustie and rhymes with busty) has a lesbian threesome and then an oddball final scene, bookending the video. The final features a schlump who gets pegged (in Gay Porn style closeup) by Rusty's strap-on dildo. I'm sure fans didn't pay to see that.
