A classic film of the 80s thanks to Stathi Psalti as the straight talking Athenian.
This is an insightful glimpse into Athens: a snapshot which still stands the test of time. Anything and everything is covered: from Athen's smog and pollution, bus strikes, crooked doctors, the bad state of the roads, corrupt priests; all serious subjects that are transformed into pure comedy. Psalti is unforgettable, as he powers through each scene unable to keep his mouth shut in the face of the injustices he sees before him.
Throw in a solid supporting cast, a touching romance and even a song or too and you have the classic 'Pesta Chrisostome' a movie that will have you laughing from beginning to end.
