Bobby Bittman...a legend in his own mind.

"Biographies: The Enigma of Bobby Bittman" is a mockumentary about the ubiquitous SCTV character and this special was aired on Cinemax. I'd never heard of it but just learned about it on an SCTV group on Facebook...and fortunately, it's available on YouTube. Unfortunately, the copy isn't great and was taken from a degraded VHS tape.

The story is about the career of Bobby Bittman and through the course of the special, it's more and more obvious that Bittman is a jerk and most folks don't think he's particularly funny.

The film is very dry and will probably not appeal to folks who never saw the character on SCTV. But if you have, it's most enjoyable and worth your time.
