I never really got the point of these short films. At least the feature films had some kind of plot - these shorts seem more about showcasing as many new Pokémon as possible for the children to gawk at than any actual story or point. Still, it's fairly well animated (meaning it's about as good as the TV show) and the new monsters are cool if you're a Pokémon nut (which I admittedly was as a kid... shame on me).
Pikachu meets his baby selves, two Pichu brothers (clever eh?). They eventually get lost in the big city and hilarious Pokémon hijinks ensue.
My favourite Pokémon in this short is easily the dirty-mouthed one with a paintbrush for a tail. I swear he clearly uttered the words "shut the f**k up" as he came to the Pichus' rescue. Is this stuff really for kids?
