Pioneer in Chinese sci-fi, but not a really good movie

The literal translation of the title of this film is: Composite Man

Due to the backwardness of Chinese film industry in the 1980's, the special effects was virtually none-existent in Chinese film industry and this inevitably effected the quality of early Chinese sci-fi, which appears more be mystery/thriller/adventure.
