The third part of the TEUFELSKERL series
This Italian-Turkish co-production is the third part of the Devil's Guys series by the German director Ernst Hofbauer, who is responsible for the most successful cinema film series from Germany with the Report films (it's hard to believe). After this very profitable time, Hofbauer probably had an interest in the then booming genre of spanking. In the first two films in the series, "Two devils on the way to the green hell" and "Two devils on the way to the monastery", the cinema audience got to know the two drifters Jim and Jeff, played by the German stuntman Wolf Goldan and the Italian one Stuntman Alberto dell'Aqua. Jim and Jeff are two real brawlers who have no hesitation in beating the crap out of their numerous opponents with their hard fists. They are pretty brutal and surprisingly rude for the spanking genre
In the third part, Jeff (Alberto dell'Aqua or Robert Widmark) ends up alone in Istanbul, where through crooked business dealings he comes across two rivals, played by Reza Fazeli (or Jim Gordon) and the Turkish superstar Cüneyt Arkin. These three super bullies get into arguments and stumble together from one absurd situation to the next. The two characters played by Arkin and dell'Aqua are not only characterized by their ultra-hard fists, but also delight numerous young ladies (e.g. Gülsen Bubikoglu and Franca Gonella) with the strength of their loins. The men don't miss the chance to tease each other's ladies, which leads to some naughty sex scenes.
When it comes to fighting, all three men are equally involved, which leads to numerous mass brawls in which the strong bullies can let off steam to their hearts' content. First, the three of them shake up an entire village community, which leads to lots of laughs. Next, the testosterone-fueled riot brothers come across a whole team of well-trained gymnasts, but they beat them into unconsciousness without much concern. In the end, a whole gang of gangsters has to believe it and are so badly mistreated by the three steam hammers that only the police can intervene. The stolen goods that the three ruffians have been fighting over the whole time are also lost.
The way the three defend themselves is also interesting. Alberto dellAqua confuses his opponents with his acrobatic skill. The Iranian actor Reza Fazeli (Jim Gordon) is the strong guy who simply blows away his opponents with brute force. And Cüneyt Arkin impresses with quasi-Far Eastern fighting techniques. The making of the film is also fascinating. As a German production that was largely created in the Italian film industry, the Yesilcam studios in Istanbul come on board in the third part. In the 1970s, the Turkish film industry was at times the third largest in the world.
This spanking outfit is truly unique. Amusement below one's own level, my guilty pleasure, but also strangely fascinating, with a raw and impetuous power. Please don't take it too seriously! It's old school Kintopp. But it's a lot of fun!
