King Solomon's Mines

Mostly the Burbank Films Australia animations are entertaining. There are some misses, but apart from some major problems, King Solomon's Mines is not one of them. It does suffer from some crude character designs, some underdeveloped characters and relationships, some moments of rushed pacing and parts where the voice acting did seem rather raw. However, I did like the colourful backgrounds and the colours have vibrancy, while the music is rousing, the dialogue has some funny and intelligent moments and despite the short length this King Solomon's Mines is not just one of the more faithful adaptations of the story but on its own terms has its fair share of entertainment and thrills.

All in all, not one of Burbank Films Australia's best but not one of their worst either. It has problems but I also didn't think it was that bad. 6/10 Bethany Cox
