Borivoj Dovniković's "Uzbudljiva ljubavna priča" depicts a cartoon character traveling throughout various panels in his quest to find his lover. It's one of those obscure Yugoslavian cartoons that you'll probably only be able to find on YouTube (that's where I saw it, anyway). The only dialogue is the characters calling out to each other, so it's just their names (even though the cartoon is officially in Serbo-Croat). As for Dovniković, he's so obscure that Wikipedia doesn't even have an article about him in English. The articles about him are in Croat, Russian and Serbo-Croat.
Anyway, it's an interesting short. I wish that these lesser known cartoons were more readily available. They're more interesting than the average animated feature centering entirely on star power.
