A story about young Michael living in 70'ies in Russia. Being a favorite of local bandit John, he starts his career as a musician. After John being shot by other bandits, Michael revenges, shoots one of the killers and gets into prison; another bandit manages to escape. When released, Michael comes back home. Who will he be now - a rock star or a killer? It is a very good movie with nice soundtrack and really great scenes because of excellent work of director and cameramen. Sometimes the audience can see some lack of actors work, but it doesn't disturb one to get the idea and this very special feeling. Movie shows a kind of reality Russia had in its past, discovering romanticism of the time.
