Brad Armstrong does a good job with B-movie material, hardly the "blockbuster" it claims to be, replete with a come-on 3-disk release packaging, but solid entertainment for porn fans who enjoy story material and characterizations.
Episodic format resembles a tv series, with four female stars for Wicked (sultry Latina Exotica is the ringer in the group, the others being familiar contract talent) headed by Jessica Drake playing a team of bounty hunters working for Randy Spears. Movie consists of their efficiently rounding up, one after one, targeted fugitives at large, with nine concise sex scenes spread evenly along the way. (Two deleted sex scenes, which if included would have pushed the running time past 3 hours, are included on Disk Three of the set as a Bonus.)
Drake narrates throughout, adding some depth and even a bit of philosophizing to the show. Styled properly butch, the star quartet get to dress up and look glamorous for an undercover scene set at a night club where their prey is hanging out.
Armstrong and his gals handle the action scenes with aplomb, making the movie play very much like a low-budget mainstream action picture. Of course, it's a big budget for a porn movie, especially since it was shot on film rather than video. Oddly, it looks drab rather than visually impressive despite the film negative, as cinematographer's usual HD shoots have a better look.
Acting by Kirsten Price, Carmen Hart, Exotica and Drake is convincing, as they create empathetic characters, while the NonSex turn by their boss Randy Spears is nothing special -yet received a phony Best Actor award from the industry phonies.
Excised scenes reduce Kaylynn's performance in the finished movie to a NonSex cameo rather than hot anal sex with co-star Herschel Savage, while Marcus London serviced in a bathroom by Shannon Kelly and Cassie Courtland are otherwise missing in action, although Kelly retains her dialog/acting performance.
Brad's script has an appropriately downbeat ending, watered down just a bit in the feature (the alternate original ending appears on Disk Two).
