Exciting in its propositon and some of its presentation, "A Night with Her" loses itself in a vaccum of elements where one would be slightly curious to see its
development of a horny couple having a wild night on a building elevator and the stairs as well, but it loses itself by not having anything else to show. Won't say that
director wasn't creating in building some mystery and some thrill in arousing audiences with such scenario, since he made some clever choices with his editing.
Problem
is that the experience is quite empty since we don't have a little background on those characters - perfect strangers or a couple wanting to have a kinky night for the
very first time? - and they don't exchange any words, no romance or some dirty talk, nothing but the crazy laughter coming from the woman as the innocent man keeps silent
about any acts of her.
But I must say that the little eroticism given and no nudity shown makes it all more interesting and exciting to see for a little while. There's so chemistry between
the actors despite the rushed editing which makes everything look very mysteriously in that clothed sex (the kisses are passionate though). Without a higher sense or some
build up tension, it's only a matter of style over substance and nothing comes from it, just some slight curiosity or a way for couple to imagine making those situations
happening or making comparison about similar experiences. 5/10.
