Commentaire à la une
It never fails to amaze us African Americans who are "down" find those who know nothing about being Black in America attempt to offer some antebellum spit at our culture.
This is exactly what the "perpetrating critic" beneath this soulful critc attempted poorly tried to do.
One of the gifts of being a person of color is that we know that there are many who perceive and prefer that we be invisible. We experience it each and every day.
So when the bloods and skirts read the back alley graffiti like the crayolo written beneath our feet below we know the "roose" is on.
Meet the Browns is smooth, down, carrying the energy that we have always delivered not because but in spite of haters like you.
You don't know how we're wired. We are descendants of a people who have faced jealous haters like you.
It's motivation for us. So keep the hate coming. When we look back at people who don't want us to have anything we realize that we've cross the finish line leaving you in the dust.
Why?? Because when we have to train and clear more hurdles in training, we are better then our opponents, who are just what we called in the marine corps basic training "lice sand flies." The more flies, the closer we are to taking the battle to the enemy.
Shout out to all those people who understand the power of inclusion, diversity and empowerment for ALL people.
