Beautiful Film.. Incredible Acting.

I saw this film at Florida Film Festival.

It absolutely floored me. The acting was subtle and met the emotional demands of the story.

Rarely have I seen a short film that has the level of emotional impact as this one. Expert direction by Sam Hodges. I would keep a look out for anything he has coming up... Also, the cinematography and music : incredible.

TENDER so nails the generational trauma of addiction and poverty. The film brings you into the mind and heart of its protagonist without ever feeling sentimental. There is an under water, memory sequence that was so believable.. Just a sensational short film.
