I rather enjoyed this little Australian series of 20 and 30somethings in Melbourne struggling to find love in a time where dating apps have taken over. Well acted, nice music, you get a good feel of the Melbourne city vibe. It has a lightness to it that's refreshing. I wish each episode lasted longer, which is certainly a good sign.
However, the only reason I don't give this show more than a 7/10 is that quite a few of the characters are kind of self-entitled, rude and overly woke. Which is a bit of a downer. I'm not entirely sure if that was the whole point of the show or not. Are the producers being ironic or are they dead serious? I'm thinking it's the latter.
In conclusion: good show, definitely give it a try! But if you are allergic to wokeness, this is probably not for you.
