Part of a writing marathon, Ben Kurstin, the screenwriter wrote 54 short film scripts during COVID quarantine of 2020. He wrote every script of the 54 in a single day. "The Sleight" was written on day 10 of the marathon. The shortest one ("Spearmint" shot in 2022) is 5 pages, and the longest is 34 pages ("Tower")
