the truths

A very precise story about the truth behind the drawings of a girl. The death, accidental at the first sight, of her friend. A grief counsellor helping the little Elaine to pas the trauma. Tigers and talks and a siren and visits . Finaly , the so simple truth , dramatical reveil. In fact, a truth of two sides, seductive for intensity , wise craft and for effect.

The basic virtue - the acting . The second - the fair exploration of child behavior, games of selfishness, curiosity, vulnerability and cruel sparkles. And the process itself, more than precise in each detail.

A beautiful film about guilt and its acceptance, about veils covering it and about a form of dramatic wake up.
